They are looking for a Research Manager to take responsibility for the implementation of cultural research projects that would support and enhance the company vision and promote desired communal aspects. Key responsibilities include: • Formulating work plans and programs in coordination with the Board to achieve the set down priorities for research • Recommend improvements to departmental policy and direct the implementation of procedures and controls covering all areas of Research activities • Develop creative ways of utilizing various research models in order to present the required data in the manner that supports the respective research projects most effectively The Research Manager must: • Be degree qualified in a relevant discipline, such as Economics, Finance or Business Studies • Have 10-12 years experience of Project in Market Research or within a Market Research Consultancy A Masters degree in Real Estate Development will be a distinct advantage. The Research Manager must also be confident presenting and communicating information, working with people, networking and have extensive knowledge in diverse projects including residential, retail commercial and community services.
