Responsibilities: • Establish a valuable brand presence in the high end security solutions segment of these markets • Identify, recommend and facilitate the appointment of new business partners. • Set and monitor sales targets by business partners and take corrective actions in a timely manner if the quotas are not met • Provide sales and marketing support to distributors, and design support programs to help grow sales. • Organize demo and sale presentations, and provide sales training to partners • Maintain appropriate statistical analysis of customer activities and provide regular reports on customer visits, monthly highlights and sales forecasts in the form of a 3 months rolling forecast. • Negotiate prices within the established procedure to ensure profitable sales orders. • Analyse and evaluate product and customer requirements • Provide expert help with systems design and quotation to partners. • Provide sales budgets for the region on quarterly/ yearly basis • Drive communications and logistics activities between distributors and GE • Monitor customers satisfaction with products and services; help implement corrective action programs to rectify any shortfalls • Continuously gather relevant data on competitive market information • Maintain and promote the company • Understand and follow all relevant industry standards and codes of practice in the region. • Disseminate this information within the company to relevant entities in an effective manner.Qualifications / Requirements: • 5 years plus sales experience in developing current and new markets. • Degree in engineering or other technical background • Fluent in English & Arabic • Outstanding inspirational skills, including the ability to work as part of a team, and share ideas to help the team succeed. • Ability to successfully work towards deadlines in a demanding and fast paced environment

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 GBP per year total package (depending on experience) Our client is a world leading construction consultancy operating across all sectors. They are currently in need of a Structural Engineer for an office based role in Bahrain.
