Purpose of the Job Develop the overall HR strategy of the company. Provide leadrship, directioon and expertise for the full scope of HR function. Key Responsibilities Recruit, mentor, coach and train suitable HR managers within his department. Review HR policies on an ongoing basis and provide professional advises to executive management and staff on HR-related practices. Develop and roll out a new HR marketing and retention program Conduct manpower planning activities, develop succession planning and support in the selection and recruitment of applicants (especially at the senior level) Support direct report in developing and implementing a training and career development concept. Support direct reports in developing and implementing a performance management concept Analyze compensation and benefits scheme and benchmark against the competition Identify, analyze and roll out a new HR software for the organization Supervise the development of a job grading system to determine each of the posiiton's grade (as per new organizational structure) Partner with local HR managers/staff to implement HR processes (especially with the expected opening of regional offices) Advise senior managers on organization/staff-related matters. Qualification B.Sc. Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or a related discipline, MBA degree a plus. 5-10 years of HR-related experience in a multinational firm with proven track-record of translating strategic requirements into HR plan. Outstanding communication, coaching and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organizaion. Process and detail oriented, including strong organizational and prioritization skills Strong interviewing and capability assessment skills. Excellent organizational, project management and leadership skills. Bilingual preferred. (English/Arabic)
